My name is Roseli, and I am the owner of Roseli Massage Therapist.

I have over 25 years of experience, all started when I graduated in Physical education degree back in Brazil, and since then I am continuosly improving my knowledge: Graduation in Swedish and Relaxed Massage techniques (FMU), lymphatic pre and post surgery (IBECO) , and finally my recertification in Canada as RMT at Alberta College of Massage Therapist.

I accept over 21 insurances and I am working in my own private room inside Rejuvenesse.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Therapeutic massage is often used to treat joints, muscle pain, injury, and stiffness. Massage therapy has also been used for the treatment of mental and emotional problems, including stress and anxiety.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage uses manual movements, stretching and manipulations, to help activate circulation, promote relaxation of the body, among other benefits:

• People of all ages

• People who want to relax or decrease stress or anxiety

• People who want to relieve tensions, pain or bad manner

• People who have never massaged and seek a relaxing and energizing treatment

• People who prefer softer pressure

• People who want to feel calm and unstressed.

PRE AND POST NATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage, or massage for pregnant women, is performed in the care for pregnant women and uses gentle and careful techniques that focus on the well-being of mom and baby at all levels: Pains Relieves pregnancy pains, such as low back pain, muscle, head, legs, feet.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is focused on the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will usually be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or "knot" (also known as "adhesions")

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

The main function of lymphatic drainage is to accelerate the process of withdrawal of accumulated fluids between cells, and metabolic residues; referring them to the capillary vessels and, through specific movements, directing them to be eliminated.
